Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened food supplements, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorisation and instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
